Coworker patrols follow patterns you can study, line of sight matters more than speed, and noise is the second gauge you have to manage, because a moment that gets heard ends the attempt. Locked doors, safes and a key hidden inside one of them supply the puzzle layer, so moving forward needs looking around as much as good timing.
