Oopsie Daisies and ARTE France made Tom the Postgirl, a creepy cute adventure about a village mail carrier whose real job is watching the people she delivers to. Tom is new on the round and it goes wrong constantly, because every window, every door and every gap in a wall is a better offer than the parcel in her basket. The residents all keep something: an orphanage that looks more like a kennel than a home, two priests who prefer parties to parish work, a couple of hippies with chainsaws, pigeons dealing out of the cemetery, a wandering cowboy worm with no fixed address and one genuinely unpleasant squirrel. Scenes are hand drawn frame by frame, which gives the whole village a restless quality and hides details in the corners of the frame. You can also disturb public order on purpose, cutting hedges you have no business touching, trampling flowers or taking a decoration that is not yours. Walking, looking and peeking are the verbs and there is no combat. The page lists full controller support, text size and contrast options, the system requirements for Windows and macOS, plus screenshots and a gameplay video that show how busy the artwork really is.

Curiosity is the mechanic, because the game rewards looking twice instead of solving anything, and the story moves when you follow an oddity into the next private situation rather than finishing your route on time. Delivery work and meddling sit on the same clock, so ignoring the parcel bag is a choice with visible consequences rather than a soft suggestion, and the village reacts to what you did rather than to what you chose to read about. The tone stays absurd, the events escalate from nosy to outright unholy, and even the animals get their own mysteries to disturb. Two DLC entries already sit on the store page beneath the October 29, 2026 release, and the latest version here is Build 26213941, with patch notes about a blocked path in the second act, subtitle timing and a save slot fix on the macOS build. Steam lists a content note for cartoon violence and partial nudity, and the presentation keeps everything cartoonish enough that the outrage reads as comedy. Subtitles, color alternatives and playable without timed input are all enabled, and the whole round fits into a long evening.
