About The Game
FlatOut 4 Total Insanity VR asks what it feels like to barrel roll a muscle car through a tire wall while sitting in the driver seat. This 2026 racing simulation VR game from Mutar, Flat2VR Spark, and Impact Inked answers with visceral, stomach churning authenticity. You are not watching a screen, you are inside the wreck. The game features over 20 destructible vehicles, from stock cars to monster trucks, and 15 tracks set in industrial zones, forests, and desert quarries. The VR controls allow you to look into corners, check your blind spots, and even use hand tracked steering wheels or physical sim rigs. The latest version includes a replay system where you can watch your most spectacular crashes from any angle.
Simulation depth is balanced with arcade accessibility. You can turn on driving assists or disable them for a hardcore experience. Racing AI learns from your driving style, becoming more aggressive if you ram them first. The ragdoll driver mechanic returns, letting you launch your character through windshields in stunt modes, a surreal and hilarious VR experience. Career mode spans multiple seasons, with sponsors, rival drivers, and unlockable paint jobs. The game supports both seated and room scale VR.
