About The Game

Dying Light 2 Stay Human Reloaded Edition is an open world survival horror action game from Techland, set twenty years after the events of the first title. The virus has won, and the last survivors live in Villedor, a European city divided by conflict and cut off from the rest of the world. The hero, Aiden Caldwell, is a pilgrim who carries goods and news between settlements, yet his real goal is to find his sister Mia, who may still be alive inside the city walls. The main task is to reach her while helping or opposing the factions that control the districts. The Reloaded Edition collects the base game together with the Bloody Ties story expansion and a long list of cosmetic bundles, so a new player receives the complete version of the project in a single package. The setting mixes concrete rooftops, improvised settlements and the constant fear of the coming night.The gameplay rests on two pillars, parkour and brutal close combat. Rooftops, ziplines and ledges form a vertical road across the city, and almost every chase can be escaped by finding the right route above the streets. Weapons break, resources are limited and every fight against the infected costs something. At sunset the rules change completely, because the streets fill with far more dangerous creatures and the safest plan is to reach a safe zone before dark. Cooperative play with up to three friends is supported through the whole campaign, and shared challenges at the Pilgrim Outpost give the group extra reasons to explore. Player decisions influence which faction takes control of key structures and what tools become available in the city. Among the most interesting features are the day and night cycle that transforms the map, the flowing movement system and the huge amount of gear and upgrades packed into this edition.
