Plan the week, spend the money, then watch the polls lurch in The Electorate, a strategy simulation from Galactic Interactive. The map covers over 3000 American counties with real demographics, party registrations and ideological positions behind them. You can campaign for President, for Congress, or for Governor of Florida, running as a real politician, as one of thousands of generated characters, or as a candidate you built yourself. Field offices, volunteer networks, advertisements, staff and scheduled events all cost cash. Running out of it ends a race faster than any scandal. Weekly moves need planning, then the debates, endorsements and breaking news arrive anyway and force a change. This page lists the system requirements, screenshots of the live map and a video of an election night, so you can watch the machine turn before committing a full campaign to it.

The trait screen decides what kind of campaign you can even run, since the attributes you pick shape both your strengths and the openings your rivals will use. Opponents react to your tactics and answer with strategies matching their own political style, so the same county flips depending on who is spending against you. Several in game pollsters release new numbers every week, some wildly inaccurate, some right on the money, and the truth stays hidden until Election Day. The results night counts state by state and county by county while the map shifts under live momentum. Twelve official scenarios ship with the game, including Reagan against a Carter you control and a Ross Perot run in 1992. The uploaded version is Build 26338634, dated 31 October 2026 and described on the store as a full release in the ISO package. Patch notes sit on the store feed and track scenario and polling fixes as the community stress tests the sandbox.
