Doctor Mother-in-law Wants My Baby is an immersive visual novel with role playing elements created by OKE.X.Bee and published by OKE.FX GROUP. The story opens on a rainy night in Brooklyn where Noah, an ordinary deliveryman, takes one more expensive order to cover his rent. The trip ends in a terrible car accident, and a mysterious voice inside his head pulls him back from the edge of death while granting him strange superpowers. When Noah wakes up, he discovers that his wife has been replaced by someone else, and the only person who believes his story is Audrey, a skilled neurosurgeon and the mother of his wife, who has been secretly investigating a conspiracy around consciousness smuggling. Together they form an uneasy alliance to uncover the truth behind a hidden trade that feeds on the dark corners of a cyberpunk city full of surveillance cameras, humming servers, and quiet data whispers. As Audrey cares for Noah during his recovery, their relationship slowly changes from maternal concern into something far more complicated, and this growing tension becomes the emotional core of the story.

The gameplay follows the format of an interactive novel where the player reads scenes, makes dialogue choices, and steers both the investigation and the personal relationships of the characters.
