About The Game

Ved Recure is a fast paced action roguelite with role playing elements, developed and published by SummerClip. The story begins on the twenty seventh consecutive night of overtime: the hero returns to an empty room, switches on the computer and instinctively adds one more game to his library, the thousandth one. Unlike in his teenage years the enthusiasm is gone and there is nobody left to play with, so he drifts off in the chair and wakes up inside a different world. A mysterious tower has appeared out of nowhere, robots roam the land rounding up residents, and strange weather shifts without warning. This loss of passion for games is a condition known as VED, and Demeowrge, the God of Games, has prepared a special treatment. The release arrived in September 2026.

The gameplay is a run based action loop where every attempt pushes the hero closer to reality. Fully customizable buff chains are the core mechanic: collected buffs combine into strategic builds, and the player experiments with synergies to face formidable foes and conquer the thousandth game from the inside. Fights are quick and demanding, exploration of the strange world feeds both the story and the progression, and a colorful cast of characters turns the treatment into something between therapy and adventure. Each run teaches patterns, unlocks new combinations and rekindles, level by level, the passion the hero lost somewhere between school and overtime. The anime presentation and the meta premise about a gamer rediscovering why games matter give the roguelite its heart, and the tower waits for everyone who ever abandoned a library full of unplayed worlds. Formidable foes and the guardians of the tower test every build, while the patrolling robots and the shifting weather keep the exploration between fights from ever feeling safe. Each floor of the tower adds its own challenges, so no two treatments of the God of Games look the same.
