The 3 Anal Piggies

About The Game

The 3 Anal Piggies is an adult visual novel with casual and simulation elements from the studio Fantasy Games. The story starts after a painful breakup, when the only person the hero can really talk to is Okami, the closest friend with no filter at all. Between coffees, awkward jokes and increasingly honest conversations, one private fantasy keeps returning, a topic the hero never dared to explore out loud. An absurd accidental encounter after leaving a cafe turns that fantasy into reality and introduces three very different heroines: one curious and inexperienced, one direct and provocative, and one experienced and dominant, and all three share something the hero already knows. The small town cafe life and the steady rhythm of honest conversations give the story its cozy frame before everything turns upside down.

The gameplay is dialogue driven storytelling built on choices and relationships. Conversations with Okami, the closest friend of the hero, set the tone, mixing venting, jokes and confessions, while meetings with the three heroines open separate routes, each with its own character, pace and view of the hero. Decisions in the dialogues shape trust and intimacy and steer the story toward different scenes and endings, and the light comedic framing keeps the awkward situations funny rather than heavy. The visual novel format means the experience lives in the writing and the characters, with mature adult content at the center of the plot, so the release is intended strictly for adult players. Short sessions, honest humor and a fairy tale twist on a grown up premise make it an unusual entry in the genre, where the biggest skill of the player is choosing the right words at the right moment. The three routes differ in tone, from hesitant and tender to bold and confident, and finishing one invites the player back to see how the others would answer the same honest hero.
