An intense, action-movie inspired single player shooter created for VR and Non-VR. Gunman Contracts Stand Alone from ANB_Seth puts the player in the shoes of a professional hitman who takes on ruthless forces in the criminal underworld, one contract at a time.

The game is designed to work both in virtual reality and on a flat screen, and the experience adapts to whichever mode the player chooses. In VR, the immersion is total: the player physically aims, reloads, and takes cover. In Non-VR mode, the game plays as a traditional first person shooter with the same levels, enemies, and contracts.

The contracts are the structure of the game. Each one is a self-contained mission with a target, a location, and a set of enemies standing between the hitman and the objective. The player approaches each contract tactically: choosing weapons, planning entry points, and deciding whether to go loud or silent. The criminal underworld is not forgiving, and a wrong move can turn a clean hit into a firefight.

The action-movie inspiration shows in the pacing. The firefights are cinematic, the enemies are aggressive, and the player is always outnumbered. The gunplay is the core of the experience, and the weapons feel distinct: a pistol plays differently from a shotgun, and a rifle plays differently from both. The single-player focus means the game is built around the player's experience.
