About The Game

The strategy visual novel Netoria Tactics 2 pairs tactical battles with a branching romance, and it comes from Apollo Seven Games with TinyHat Studios as the publisher. The story follows the exiled prince Zaman, who sets out on a desperate quest with his girlfriend, his closest friend, and a powerful sorceress. Everyone shares the same road, but each traveler has a different destination in mind.

Combat drives the narrative. How you fight each battle decides whether the bonds between the heroes grow stronger or fall apart, so tactics and story sit on the same track. Every encounter puts the mission and the relationships at risk at the same time, and success for one character can complicate the life of another. A retreat at the wrong moment can cost more than hit points.

The tale is told from four perspectives, each with its own scenarios and content. A banished noble tries to win the love of his childhood friend, an earnest maiden searches for herself, a charismatic rogue builds his own circle of admirers, and a manipulative sorceress works to control everyone around her. The game asks whose ambitions will succeed and who will end up as a piece in someone else's plan.

Between battles the cast travels, argues, and slowly reveals what each of them really wants from the quest. Rivalries and alliances shift from chapter to chapter, which keeps every route distinct and gives replaying a real purpose. Transformation themes run through the plot, and the tone stays playful even when the stakes turn personal.

Modern conveniences come built in. Story Mode lets players skip the combat and enjoy the game as a pure visual novel, while a new skill system opens room for custom builds in battle. Knowledge of the original game is not required to enjoy this chapter, which brings a new setting, a new story, and a new cast of characters.

Netoria Tactics 2 reached Steam on November 10, 2025. It is a mature SRPG for players who want their tactics to matter beyond the battlefield.
