About The Game

Kidnapped, uploaded into cyber space, and wearing a high-tech toilet plunger on his head: that is the situation in Stinky Cat, a casual puzzle strategy game by Utterly Useless. The hero is a tuxedo cat with a distinct face pattern, a talent for explosives, and a serious love of fermented herring. To escape the digital prison, he has to bomb his way through a virtual world full of crates, glitches, and chaos.

The puzzles blend the logic of Sokoban with the destructive joy of Bomberman. Some paths need careful planning to push boxes into place, and others need high explosives. Boxes can work as shields against turrets, or they can be blasted away to clear a route. There are no countdowns and no stress: you observe, plan, place a bomb, and enjoy the result. Made a mistake? Stinky Cat is used to flying through the air, so you simply try again.

The world keeps inventing new mechanics. Portals send you across the level, conveyor belts carry crates where you need them, and locked doors wait for the right key. Power-ups come in the shape of legendary Surströmming cans. To everyone else the smell is a disaster, but to Stinky Cat it is a delicious snack that triggers special states.

The maze is not empty either. The Annoying Dog loves to mess up the boxes you just arranged, the Crazy Police Car ignores all traffic laws, and even a UFO drops in to bomb your head. The Evil Fox and his henchmen, a goofy Dog and a Donkey, stay on your trail through it all.

Under the explosions this is a relaxing experience. Vibrant cartoon art and chill music set the tone, and you can solve every room at your own pace. The campaign suits short sessions and long evenings alike. Stinky Cat came out on Steam on July 7, 2026, and it is a playful pick for fans of cozy brain teasers.
