High Above is a relaxing sandbox simulator where you design and build custom, cozy rooftop retreats above the city. Transform empty rooftops into dream retreats whether a sun-drenched Mediterranean courtyard, a minimalist Japanese garden, a sleek modern terrace, or a sci-fi hacker's hideout while watching the day and night cycle and encountering wildlife like stray cats and birds. The building system allows you to freely customize the size and placement of structures, creating both individual tranquil retreats and entire multi building complexes to suit your vision.

Decor options are extensive: windows, balconies, plants, lanterns, and various materials, as well as furniture like futuristic computer stations or cozy reading nooks. Additional mini-missions offer easy challenges where you bring visitors' rooftop dreams to life in four themed areas, working within a budget to unlock unique decorative items. The gameplay emphasizes creativity without pressure, timers, or stressful mechanics.
