About The Game
Deathground is a first-person survival horror game focused on co-op play. The story centers on humans struggling to survive among bloodthirsty dinosaurs. Various modes are available, requiring players to team up with up to three other players as they battle their way through jungles and military bases, battling powerful ancient dinosaurs. The heroes must survive on a killing field where every enemy poses a serious threat. They must act cohesively and intelligently, constantly collaborating with their partners.
The single-player mode in Deathground is a survival horror game where the player must survive alone against powerful monsters, hiding in the shadows and trying not to be seen. Getting too close is not recommended, as they have a heightened sense of smell. A motion tracking device, similar to the one Ripley wore in Alien Isolation, is included. It allows you to pinpoint the approximate location of an enemy at all times.
There's a class system, with each character possessing unique skills and traits. When playing together, each character has a distinct role on the team. Randomization is in place, affecting dinosaur placement and movement, weather conditions, mission sequences, and much more. The game is notable for its brutality and incredible violence, with elements of suspense and genuine horror. Each dinosaur has its own distinct movement and attack patterns, and inhabits a unique environment.
