Humanity has one outpost left, and it floats. ATMOSFAR drops a pilot into an open world of airborne islands above the planet Tycos, where the only way between them is a small craft called the Wasp. Apog Labs built the survival side around scrap: pull it out of wrecks, refine it, then bolt it onto the hull before the next flight. The islands are not empty scenery either, since the environment has shaped the creatures and biomes that live there, and piloting improves with every landing. Shueisha Games is named as publisher on the store page, which is an unusual signature for this genre. Requirements, screenshots and a gameplay video sit on this page, and the video is the fastest way to see how the hover behaves in open air. The fate of that final outpost is the thread the campaign follows.

The Wasp comes in classes, and each one changes the job: the Utility model deploys a portable camp, the Hauler lifts heavy scrap, the Striker stuns whatever it hits. Fuel, repairs and engine parts all cost time, so a long flight needs planning instead of a straight line. A damaged Wasp needs repairs before the next flight, and the trip home can take longer than the trip out. The Cloud Cruiser works as a mobile base that can be built out with Wasp pads, fuel tanks, a lounge and a helm, and new sections unlock as expeditions stretch further from home. Ground work fills the gaps between flights: scrap extraction, mineral processing, cooking, manufacturing and artifact research feed the same bench, while a backpack life support system keeps the pilot breathing. Version numbers and patch notes on the store page track each Early Access update, and a squadron of friends can share the same sky once the crews are ready.
