About The Game

Cuckoo Mask is a narrative role playing game for adult players developed by Hyanmaru Games and published by TinyHat Studios, released on September 21, 2026. After missing the last train of the day, the main character stumbles into a masked party where a girl looks like his girlfriend. Everyone wears a mask, the owner of the house is nowhere to be seen, and no one is inclined to treat him well, yet he finds himself enjoying the mistreatment.

The gameplay is non combat and story focused. You explore the house, talk to any guest, and examine rooms as time passes hour by hour through a character route, with dialogue changing to create the feeling of a real party. Five character routes lead to one true ending, and the story explores mature themes of domination, humiliation, and open relationships through dialogue and illustration. A colorful roster of secondary characters with their own personalities fills the party, and the player choices shape which path the night takes. The tone is playful and provocative, the art is expressive, and the branching routes reward exploring every corner of the house. Time moves along each route, and conversations shift every hour so the party feels alive rather than static. The mature themes are handled through story and dialogue rather than explicit detail, and the five character routes plus the true ending give the narrative room to explore the dynamics of open relationships, fetish, and cheating from different angles. Guests react to what you say and where you go, and the house holds rooms with their own small dramas unfolding hour by hour. Because there is no combat, every encounter runs on conversation, curiosity, and nerve. Choices along a route steer its ending, and only by walking all five paths can you reach the true ending and learn what the masked party really wants. The night changes depending on where you spend it.
