About The Game

Ragnar is a roguelike project in which gamers must challenge Loki, the god of deception, and change what Ragnarok has destined. The gameplay is based on a system of permanent upgrades, thanks to which each new attempt increases the power of the protagonist. Procedural level generation guarantees that every journey along the branches of Yggdrasil will be unlike any other. The journey through the Nine Worlds, from icy labyrinths to enchanted forests, is full of dangers. Gamers determine the difficulty level themselves, choosing between a safe route and risky paths that promise more valuable rewards.

Relationships with the pantheon of the northern gods play an important role in the narrative. Establishing strong bonds with figures such as Thor and Freyja directly influences the development of the plot, opening up new possibilities. The Ragnar project allows you to create distinct combat styles to confront legendary opponents. To do this, you need to combine divine blessings, abilities, and various weapons from an extensive arsenal. Every sortie becomes a test of tactical skills and the ability to adapt to changing conditions.
