About The Game

Dragon Shelter is a cozy fantasy farming simulation from Wild Forest Studio, published by Curve Games, and its heart is a restoration project: the farm left behind by your grandfather has stood abandoned, and you return to rebuild it into a sanctuary for dragons. These are not the fire and fury dragons of war stories but adorable creatures with distinct traits and special powers, able to help around the farm and even sense the needs of the people around them. Your task stretches beyond fences and fields. A bond once existed between humans and dragons, and it has been lost; rekindling that connection is the quiet purpose behind every harvest, every meal and every repaired building. Nearby sits a gloomy town that has forgotten its own stories, and part of your journey is walking back into that community and lighting it again. The setting leans fully into warmth, a world that wants to be tended rather than conquered, and nothing here ever rushes you.

The gameplay weaves farming, crafting and creature care into one relaxed loop with no combat pressure at any point. You grow crops, gather materials and craft goods, and cooking sits at the center of the crafting system: meals strengthen bonds with dragons and townsfolk, lift spirits and unlock new opportunities, making the kitchen as important as the fields. Every harvest has a use, flowing into cooking, crafting, alchemy or trade, so nothing you grow is ever wasted. Magical biomes surround the farm, filled with curious creatures and hidden secrets that reward exploration, while the town offers characters whose personal stories unfold as you reconnect with them and help rekindle the community. Progress is measured in full bellies, repaired roofs and friendships rather than scores or timers, and the game is happy to let an afternoon pass in the company of creatures that clearly enjoy being useful. Among the most interesting features is that partnership with the dragons, whose powers and instincts turn daily chores into shared adventures and gentle surprises.
