About The Game

Garfield Escape from Monday is a three dimensional platformer adventure developed by OSome Studio and published by Microids. The laziest cat in the world stars in a nightmarish story: after Jon feeds him spinach lasagnas inspired by a recipe of Chef Monday, Garfield falls into a deep sleep and slips into a dream world filled with vegetables and sugarless candies. To wake up and bring his taste buds back to life he must explore these hostile worlds crowded with enemies and eat a gigantic amount of lasagnas along the way. Fortunately the cat can rely on the help of Jon, and the adventure mixes classic platform action with the lazy charm and humor that fans of the comics and cartoons expect from the character. The release arrived in September 2026.

The gameplay sends the hero through dream levels built as colorful three dimensional platforming stages. Garfield runs, jumps and pushes forward through worlds themed around the nightmare of healthy food, where vegetables become hazards and enemies patrol every corner, while portions of lasagna scattered across the levels remind him why the fight is worth it. Collection drives exploration, because secrets and treats hide in every nook and cranny of the stages, and the friendly pace suits both younger players and grown up fans of the comics who remember the character from childhood. Boss style encounters and tricky platform sections test timing and reflexes, and the supporting presence of Jon adds story beats between adventures. Bright visuals, readable level design and gentle difficulty make the game a cozy family pick, and the running joke of a cat working hard to earn his lasagna carries the whole experience with a smile. The dream setting also gives the designers room to mix candy colored fantasy with vegetable villains, and every world ends one step closer to a proper meal.
