About The Game

The game Football Academy Director is a sports simulation and strategy game where you take control of a youth football academy. Unlike standard football managers here you do not manage a senior first team but focus entirely on nurturing young talents. Under your guidance you will look after youth squads across different age groups starting from under eleven kids up to under nineteen graduates. Your main goal is to build the best sports school in the world raise future global football stars and win prestigious trophies in youth leagues and cups.

The gameplay is completely built on scouting young prospects training them and strategic squad planning many years into the future. The main mechanic relies on scouting new players around the world organizing training camps and closely controlling the development of each athlete. The most interesting part begins when your trainees graduate from the academy because you can promote them to senior football and then follow their careers across other clubs or national teams for many seasons. You will expand your staff improve training facilities and watch how your yesterday kids become legends of professional sports.
