About The Game

Island Beekeeper is a beekeeping simulator where you breed bees, build, and explore floating islands. The Earth is dying from disease and famine, and one of the last valuable resources is honey, harvested high above the clouds. You travel there to build your own apiary, establish supplies, and understand why other beekeepers never returned.

You breed bees, collect honey, and select species for your apiary. Each bee has its own unique characteristics, and crossbreeding unlocks hybrids with new properties. Some are better suited for harvesting, while others help automate some of the work. Over time, you have to think not only about honey production but also about how to properly organize the entire apiary.

The island gradually fills with hives, garden beds, and buildings. Flowers are needed for specific bee species, plants are used for cooking and crafting, and space quickly runs out. You can travel between islands on a honeycycle, discovering new resources, rare bees, and traces of past expeditions that disappeared here long before you.
