A teenager from the outskirts wants to play football for a living, and the bills arrive before the dream does. SET UNIVERSE built a life sim where the mother is ill, the treatment costs fifty thousand dollars in instalments, and rent climbs every two weeks. KickOff refuses to hand out a lucky break, so every hour has to be paid for with energy, hunger or hygiene. Rent is ninety dollars a day and rises by a quarter every two weeks, while the house costs exactly the same as the cure. There is no trick that fixes both problems, and the game says so on the store page before you start. The hero cleans his room, eats what he can afford, works, and trains somewhere in between. The page shows system requirements, screenshots and gameplay videos, and the small flat on those screens tells most of the story before a ball is even kicked.

Time only moves when you act, which makes the clock a resource like any other. Every action costs energy, hunger, hygiene or spirits, and sleep is the only thing that does not charge you. Three jobs feed the wallet: a factory shift built around quality control, coding work that scales if you reinvest in equipment, and penalty tournaments that climb from a dirt pitch toward the first division. The penalty shootout is a full 3D contest inside the game, with a power bar to lock by eye and a glove to save with, six tiers of four rounds each and an opponent who improves whenever you stop training. There is also a shortcut through a capsule that can end in a jail cell, and a clerk who remembers what you told her. Four endings come out of the choices, and none of them are rolled at random. Six languages are included, the release version carries voice work in Portuguese and English, and the patch notes mention future balance work rather than new content.
