About The Game

A road trip of four friends through a dying kingdom is the heart of FINAL FANTASY XV WINDOWS EDITION. Square Enix rebuilt its famous role playing game for PC with sharp graphics and HDR 10 support. Prince Noctis leaves his home to marry the woman he loves while his father signs a peace treaty that will betray them all. The journey crosses open fields deserts and giant cities where the empire of Niflheim keeps expanding its grip. The empire already owns the night and its machines patrol every road. Combat runs in real time and the party camps under the stars between quests like a real group of friends. Between fights the boys argue about food music and photos which makes the drama hit harder later. Combat flows without pauses. You warp between enemies chain weapon swaps and guard against the huge beasts that roam the open world. Nights are dangerous because stronger monsters wake up after dark and camping is the honest way to survive. The car Regalia carries the party across the map until you unlock chocobo rides and fast travel. Prompto fills the trip with photos and his album becomes a diary of the whole journey. Fishing cooking and small hunts fill the hours between story chapters and each one feeds the party with real bonuses. Recipes learned at camp change stats in battle which ties the quiet moments to the fights. The Windows release carries a wealth of bonus content on top of the base story. Extra weapons outfits and episodes expand the world for players who want more after the credits.
