TWIN Hotel Spa and More is a minimalist psychological horror from Scratch Byte Studios, published together with Neuroticfly Games and SolitaryStudios. The premise is grim from the very first message: people sentenced to death for crimes deemed suitable for rehabilitation are offered one alternative, employment at the strange TWIN Hotel. As the newest elevator operator, the player must run the lift, serve the guests and follow hotel regulations to the letter while strange and disturbing events unfold around the cabin. Management appreciates cooperation, keeps watch from somewhere above and never explains more than the next task requires. The atmosphere relies on quiet wrongness instead of loud scares, and the script keeps just enough back to make every floor feel like a step into deeper water. The hotel itself feels like a character: clean corridors, correct signs and an order that hides something wrong underneath.

The gameplay is a point and click experience with strict restrictions. At first the player is fully confined to the elevator cabin and interacts with everything through the control panel: floors, doors, guests and their unusual requests. After serving enough guests, permission arrives to leave the cabin and move between elevators using the wheelchair joystick, which slowly widens the world while keeping the routine intact. The next assignment always waits in another part of the building, and the loop of serving, watching and obeying gradually reveals what the hotel really wants. Among the most interesting features are the slow escalation of freedom, the unsettling guest encounters, the regulations that read like small horror stories and the open question of what earning a release from service actually means. The hotel does not explain its rules twice, and the guests rarely explain them at all, so the player learns the system the same way the operator does: by observing, failing and adjusting. Every saved guest brings the operator one step closer to understanding the price of the alternative.
