About The Game

From the small studio Miniverse Game, published by OKJOY, comes XenoHaven, an open world survival base building role playing adventure set on a distant alien planet that the player slowly turns into a home. The 1.0 version marks the full launch of the project after a long period of public testing. The planet mixes colorful meadows, hazardous caverns and rival outposts, and the story asks one central question: when the Empire comes calling, will you submit or fight back? The fate of this world rests on that choice. Progression starts with a barren patch of land and ends with a thriving settlement that farms, mines, crafts, trades and defends itself, so the game reads equally as a cozy builder and as a squad based adventure. Supporting LAN co op for up to four players and Steam Workshop themes, it invites friends to share the journey and reshape the world together.

The gameplay centers on familiars, local creatures you recruit and put to work around the base. Assign them to farming, mining, cooking or crafting, then improve their attributes and shape each one for battle, because the dungeons beyond your walls demand a trained squad. You will collect hundreds of weapons and pieces of gear, clash with rival factions and storm dangerous depths where rare resources hide. The economy layer is unusually rich for the genre: produce goods, stock your shop and attract traveling merchants, or run a popular restaurant that offers food, entertainment and lodging under one roof while you develop signature dishes. Housing plays a big role too, since each area can be themed and decorated through Workshop creations. Among the most interesting features are the automated familiar work schedules, interstellar trade reputation, and the way combat strength ties back to how well the colony is fed and equipped. It is a calm but deep loop that rewards planning over twitch reflexes, and the planet keeps revealing new regions long after the first hours.
