About The Game

The Piper of Dawn is a dark fantasy management simulator with role playing and visual novel elements, created by the studio Bone Nail and released together with publisher 2P Games. The action unfolds in Diamond City, a place trapped in a time loop where every resident repeats their fate and only you seem able to change the outcome. You take the role of an alchemist who must build a business from nothing, and in this strange world growing a company literally means growing your own workforce from the soil itself. Between trading and crafting, the hero forms bonds with humans and non humans alike, learns the secrets hidden behind the façades of the city, and slowly gathers the influence needed to shape its future. Branching stories and multiple endings promise that no two players will see the same version of Diamond City.

The gameplay weaves together farming, crafting, trading, and social simulation into one dark fairy tale loop. More than one hundred magical crops can be planted and harvested, turned into valuable alchemical goods, and sold to fund the next expansion of the shop. The workforce you cultivate handles daily chores, which adds an unusual twist to classic business management. On the social side the city lives through more than forty characters with their own routines and secrets, including six central heroines with full relationship paths that develop through quests, gifts, and conversation. Trust of six factions opens new story branches, and your reputation decides which doors stay closed and which stories unfold. Fulfilling orders, exploring the stranger side of town, and pushing the loop toward its breaking point keep the pace steady, while every major decision moves the ending further in one of several directions. The result is a management game where spreadsheets meet folklore and every harvest has a story behind it.
