About The Game

Never Ending Beyond is a roguelite action-adventure game from One More Dream Studios where survival hinges on a unique mechanic petting animals. You control CareTakerUnit, an android exploring Beyond a fractured planet inhabited by androids, animals, dinosaurs, and mythical creatures and uncover the secrets hidden on its outskirts. Each creature you pet becomes your ally in battle, granting you unique weapons and passive abilities that can be combined to create a custom character. The game features three unique levels with different creature types from common animals to dinosaurs and mythical creatures each culminating in a boss fight.

The semi-procedural design combines meticulously crafted levels with randomized enemy spawns to keep each run fresh. Between expeditions, you can take refuge in a garden shelter, where collected loot is converted into resources for planting. The story gradually unfolds over multiple playthroughs, encouraging repeat playthroughs. Combat alternates with exploration of vast territories, creating a balance between action and discovery. This indie game offers a unique twist on the roguelite formula, turning a group of creatures into your primary means of survival.
