About The Game

Dont Lose Aggro is a single player roguelike action game developed by Oren Koren. In it, you play as an MMO style tank whose job it is to protect your AI allies from enemy threats. The game's core mechanics revolve around managing enemy aggro: you must deal damage or strategically position yourself including by running away to keep enemies focused on you instead of your vulnerable teammates. Your allies possess upgradable abilities essential to success, and you can choose to protect them or sacrifice them for a greater challenge. Control, strategy, and positioning are essential in combat, and abilities range from aggressive damage dealers to defensive tools such as attacks, pulls, heals, and taunts.

The roguelike structure allows for the creation of various tank archetypes using a talent point system, specializing as a dodger, blocker, kiter, or taunter, each with unique mechanics and upgrade paths. You'll battle across a variety of locations, including the lava-filled Isle of Doom, the sandstorm-ravaged Sands of the Cyclone, and the climactic Fallen City. As you progress, new arenas, enemies, and bosses unlock, testing your tanking skills. The game essentially embodies the MMO raid experience in a solo roguelite format, offering strategic depth through build diversity and position-based combat.
