About The Game
Hadean Tactics Moonhunter asks what happens when a roguelite deckbuilder meets an auto battler in a cursed lunar world. This 2026 strategy game from Emberfish Games puts you in command of a small band of heroes trying to break the moon curse. You draft cards that represent spells formations and unit commands. When battle starts your units act automatically but you can freeze time to issue orders change targets or activate abilities. The moon phase changes every few battles. A blood moon increases enemy damage but doubles your rewards. A new moon hides enemy attack indicators testing your prediction skills.
The latest version adds a coop mode where two players combine their decks against shared enemies. Strategy involves managing your mana curve positioning tanks behind melee and syncing card effects. You can unlock Moonhunter specific heroes like the Eclipse Knight and the Tidecaller. Each hero has a unique starting relic and skill tree. The game also features an endless mode where you fight progressively harder waves until your party falls. The pixel art style is crisp with dramatic lighting that shifts with the moon phase.
