About The Game

Echoes of the End puts the player in control of Rin, a magic-wielding Vestigia. The central story follows her quest to rescue her brother from a totalitarian empire, which could prevent a war. She teams up with Abram Finley, a scientist, and together they attempt to uncover a conspiracy that could spark an ancient conflict. The narrative explores themes of trust, redemption, and sacrifice as the world of Aem rages. The story is told using motion capture technology.

Exploration and puzzle solving form another key component of the game. Movement mechanics allow you to navigate a variety of environments using abilities like double jumping, dashing, and gravity manipulation, with each chapter introducing new challenges. Environmental puzzles require you to use Rin’s powers, including manipulating gravity, destroying objects, and creating illusions. Overcoming these challenges often involves working with Abram to progress through the world, which ranges from lava fields to Iceland-inspired mountain peaks.
