About The Game

City Tales Medieval Era is about building and developing settlements in the Middle Ages. The player controls the expansion of territories by creating residential areas, roads and public spaces. Instead of a predetermined street grid, the path is determined by the actions of residents they form routes connecting various objects. The layout is not fixed: districts are adapted to real needs, and the structure of the city depends on decisions made along the way.

The economy requires precise calculations and quick response. It is necessary to monitor the flow of resources, maintain a balance between construction and the needs of the population. The decisions made by the gamer determine the direction of growth and the stability of the system. The mechanics unfold in real time, without any strict conditions being set  the pace is determined by the internal logic of what is happening. The project allows you to build a settlement not according to a template, but as a living organism. Paths gradually appear, buildings are united into functional clusters, and streets are born where people most often pass. Taverns, churches and other points of attraction influence the behavior of residents.
