About The Game

The Way of Wrath invites you to travel back to the prehistoric era and take control of an entire tribe. Just recently, these people felt the taste of defeat, and now total destruction awaits them. Within 10 days, the enemy will appear at the gates of the settlement to destroy the remnants. The main character acts as a leader, and he needs to prepare his people for the most important battle of their lives. This is the last chance for survival, because otherwise an entire nation will simply disappear from the face of the Earth. In addition to interacting with third-party characters in The Way of Wrath, the player will have to level up his own hero. A special skill system will allow you to choose skills based on the current situation in the game. All its indicators are displayed in a separate window when the inventory.

By completing quests and gaining experience for side tasks, the gamer will quickly have the opportunity to improve his warrior skills. But some characteristics (for example, protection) also depend on equipment. If clothes wear out, the figure becomes lower, and over time you will have to take care of updating your «wardrobe». As for weapons, you can either collect them from the corpses of enemies or craft them yourself. And in order for the process of collecting resources to go faster, it is necessary to give orders to subordinates, sending them to collect firewood, hunt, or somewhere else. In some cases, dialogues with tribe members can be conducted freely, choosing phrases to respond to their remarks and building relationships with key units. Also, diseases and viruses spread in the wild, so it is necessary to find optimal combinations of medicinal plants in order to provide timely assistance.

• Use a freeform progression system to become who you need to be in order to succeed. Classless skill progression keeps your options open as the situation evolves, allowing you to adapt and overcome the challenges you face in a variety of ways.
• Take control of your tribe beyond yourself — choose where to gather resources, determine which risks are worth taking, and prepare for the inevitable assault.
• Tackle disputes amongst your people — make rulings and enact laws, but be wary of the precedents you set. The tribe will act according to your laws, often leading to unforeseen consequences. Should you choose to break precedent to protect your closest friends, the tribe may take notice of your corruption.
• Your deeds and misdeeds will determine your reputation amongst your people. This will, in turn, impact how people treat you and what options are available to you. A Warchief known as «The Truthful» will be easily trusted, while being known as «The Terrible» gives you power over the weak-willed.
