About The Game

Xena Warrior Princess — is a small adventure game based on the classic TV series Xena Warrior Princess. This is a single player third person game. The player controls the character Xena, who fights with a sword and chakram, and there are puzzle elements in the game to achieve goals and complete the story. Throughout the game, Xena’s main weapons are a sword and a chakra, which can be thrown and returned to the hand to hit enemies and certain puzzle switches to unlock the next challenges. Various colored orbs can be found in chests or during battles with enemies, which can increase health by a random amount and increase Xena’s maximum strength.

The game Xena Warrior Princess was created from scratch in 2 weeks by one programmer and one artist using NRG as a development platform. This half-square-kilometer forest level was made possible in such a short amount of time only by taking full advantage of the real-time rapid application development environment provided by the NRG ecosystem.
