About The Game

SICK is the world’s first game with the ability to turn off the screamer. If you are interested in the gameplay and the plot, but you are afraid or do not want to see scary moments, you can disable the elements of horror in the game. You got into an accident and found yourself on a large desert island, or rather, at first it seemed so.
