About The Game

Unlike previous games in the series, The Legend of Zelda Breath of the Wild — gives the player complete freedom of action. According to the backstory, Link awakens from a century-long sleep to protect Hyrule’s homeworld from further adversity. This time, the universe will have to be saved from the Calamity of Ganon an ominous monster that threatens the entire universe. At the beginning of the campaign, the gamer will have a short tutorial on the main mechanics, after which he can do whatever he pleases. Exploration is non-linear, and the curious user will be rewarded for their searches: in various corners of vast locations, valuable weapons, armor and artifacts can be found.

It is important to note that many of them are multifunctional: for example, the shield can be used as a homemade snowboard. Also, the protagonist receives a special item Shyiks Stone. With its help, he can navigate checkpoints, collect information about enemies and equipment, and much more. The sequel received a revolutionary physics engine, making the gameplay feel more realistic. The graphics are designed in a cartoon style reminiscent of low poly, complemented by bright and saturated colors, catchy special effects. The only thing that has remained unchanged is the quality of the soundtrack. As always, travels and fights are accompanied by distinctive, atmospheric melodies that complement the setting.
