Curse of Resthaven is a gothic adventure centered on a cursed island, blending investigation, town management, and deck-building. You arrive at a colony in search of a missing relative, only to find yourself entangled in a power struggle over the island’s hidden forces. Catastrophe is inevitable yet the intervention of an ancient guardian resets time to the moment of your arrival, allowing you to carry the knowledge you’ve gained into the next cycle. A Town Under Pressure Each cycle demands a delicate balance between conducting interrogations, negotiating trade deals, and developing infrastructure.

Your reputation shapes the willingness of the inhabitants to cooperate, while your decisions branch the narrative in different directions. Meanwhile, forces seeking to harness the island’s magic begin to emerge, their influence directly shaping the fate of the settlement. Expeditions beyond the town walls rely on a deck of companions and resources you have assembled. Random events and encounters with otherworldly entities will put your chosen strategy to the test.
