About The Game

Cultivation Road is a 2D side scrolling idle cultivation game from Fengling Studio, an upgraded version 2.0 of the earlier project Cultivation Tower. The story follows the protagonist and twelve fellow cultivators on an automatic journey east along an endless road of the immortal path. Enemies and bosses hold positions at different distances along the way, and once combat begins, the hero, the allies, and the enemies all act on independent attack timers. Your role is not to click through every strike but to guide the whole expedition: you decide where every Spirit Stone goes, which Spells the party masters first, and when to repeat a cleared distance for extra resources. The campaign unfolds across twenty different scenes and thirteen realm stages for the protagonist, each stage changing the look and the power of the hero. The studio released version 2.0 in August 2026 as a full overhaul of the original project.

The gameplay combines idle progress with light tactical control. Travel and battles run on their own, so you watch the formation fight, step in to hold the battlefield and accelerate the allied attacks, or let the revival timers run while you plan the next upgrade. Every one of the twelve unlocked allies has independent attack, health, movement, and resurrection timing, which means the squad keeps fighting even while the protagonist recovers. Managing the sect is the second layer of the game: you invest treasures, develop characters, and push the frontier further east with every session. Among the most interesting features are the auto battle system with individual timers, the thirteen transformation stages of the main hero, the twenty hand drawn scenes, and the relaxed pace that suits both short sessions and long idle grinding. The upgrade screen stays readable, so the depth comes from planning rather than fast clicking, which suits the idle genre well.
