Dont Breathe or They Might Hear is an adventure game from the solo developer SunriseFoxy that started its Early Access run in September 2026. The hero comes from the adult film industry, a past that follows him into the story, and now he finds himself in a creepy and mysterious place where the walls feel watched and the silence has rules. The tension is built on a simple instruction that the title repeats: do not breathe loudly, because something nearby listens. Around him the place is populated by beautiful women whose attention is both a promise and a threat, and surviving the days among them means learning when to stay quiet, when to move and when to trust nobody, including his own judgment. The setting gives the story an unusual flavor for the genre, mixing mature themes with a stalking horror structure, and the Early Access builds expand the story episode by episode. The mature themes are handled through dialogue and suggestion, which keeps the tone closer to a slow thriller than to anything loud or explicit.
