Room 404 Erotic Massage is a 3D first-person erotic massage simulator for adults where the player takes on the role of a professional massage therapist who owns a private salon in a high-rise building. The plot revolves around the main character luring female clients with perfect figures (such as college student Sana or girl Koharu) with deep discounts, in order to help them de stress, relax and awaken their hidden sexual desires during sessions.

The gameplay is completely focused on the detailed interaction with the girls body: the player uses more than 20 different tools (oils, eye patches, aromas), can massage more than 20 sensitive areas, change postures, adjust the lighting in the room and control the process with his hands using the mouse, which gradually evolves from a classic relaxing massage into intimate erotic intimacy.
