About The Game

One year of total isolation in a bunker at the end of the world is the contract at the center of DECAY, a hardcore VR survival game from developer and publisher AGaming+. The project combines shooter, open world, and role playing mechanics, and it arrived on 26 August 2026.

The setting follows a world broken by nuclear war. Cities have become ruins, roads have vanished under ash, and the territory of the former United States is divided into scorched, deadly sectors. From the ruins emerged the organization known as D.E.C.A.Y., the Department of Environmental Control and Yield. Officially it distributes the remains of vital supplies; in practice it is the last force struggling to keep control of a dying planet.

The player takes the role of the operator of a remote bunker designated Facility 16. The contract lasts exactly 365 days of autonomous service under extreme risk. The reward promised at the end is absolute freedom, but only if the operator survives long enough to collect the final settlement.

Inside, the bunker is both fortress and workplace. The operator maintains life support systems, repairs equipment at the workbench, calibrates the neuro sensory modules of the personal PDA, and keeps track of supplies. Every new 24 hour cycle shifts the balance of threats and forces a fresh round of decisions.

Outside, the wasteland waits. The operator explores the scorched sectors in the company of a robot companion, gathers resources, and maintains the Atlas network that links the remnants of civilization. Expeditions carry real danger, and the horror tone of the project keeps every trip into the sectors tense.

The experience is built for virtual reality and aimed at players who want a demanding survival routine. It pairs base management with open world exploration, and the full year of in game time gives the campaign a long arc. DECAY was released by AGaming+ and is designed around the idea that order in this world is a matter of choice.
