Football Agent Build 24957979

About The Game

Forty seven thousand five hundred players, and you know none of them yet. Football Agent is a strategy simulation from ATERO GAMES, which develops and publishes the title, and it hands you the least glamorous job in the sport: you are the agent, and the game starts with a single client who does not even have a club. Finding him one is the first assignment of your career.

Information is the currency of the trade, and nobody hands you a shortlist. Your scouting network defines what you can see at all: your own leagues first, then the countries you send scouts to or travel to yourself. Somewhere in that fog of names there is a 17 year old nobody nobody looked at twice, and seeing him before anyone else is the entire craft.

The database gives the hunt its scale. Forty four countries, 115 leagues, and 1,900 clubs down to the third tier fill the world with candidates. Depth is a strategy. You can work the network from a distance or travel to meet wonderkids face to face and judge them with your own eyes. Both methods pay, and both cost something.

Signing a player is a campaign, not a transaction. Winning him over takes weeks: meeting the family, holding off rival agents, managing press leaks, and negotiating the terms that define a career. The press never sleeps either. Every signature is earned in small conversations, and the market keeps moving while you work it.

The long game is reputation. Relationships, timing, and the decisions you made three seasons ago shape the calls you get today, and the whole loop rewards patience over shortcuts. Good agents play decades, not windows. Football Agent is a management simulation for players who prefer their football played on paper, over dinner, and on the phone.
