About The Game

Theropods is a wordless point-and-click adventure from Lost Token, published by Dionous Games, and it tells its whole story without a single line of dialogue. There are no subtitles and no text walls here: only animation, sound, and visual storytelling. The adventure is built to be understood by players anywhere in the world, and it unfolds through what characters do, what they notice, and what changes around them.

The tale begins when a glowing stone crashes from the sky into a young hunter's village. Its arrival draws a bloodthirsty tribe that attacks the settlement and enslaves her people. Barely escaping into the jungle, the hunter discovers the stone's true origin: it belongs to a stranded spaceman whose damaged pod depends on it. Together, this unlikely pair must cross dinosaur-infested lands to set her tribe right and find a way to send him home.

The gameplay lives by the rule of brains over brawn. Instead of fighting through danger, you solve your way out of it: distracting predators, avoiding enemies, triggering reactions, and finding clever paths past situations too dangerous to face head-on. The puzzles run on visual logic, so the way forward is always on screen, waiting to be noticed. The world itself is the reward for looking closely.
