About The Game

"Fellwood" is a simulation game with strategy and management elements from developer and publisher Allerton Apps. The player turns a valley camp into a full scale lumber operation. Trees come down, workers carry the wood, and the whole place slowly becomes a machine built around timber.

The visual centerpiece is the log physics. Cut logs tumble down slopes, crash into each other, and stack into enormous piles that grow as the operation scales. Watching the wood pile up is half the fun, because the piles reflect how much the camp has grown since the first tree fell.

Workers keep the flow moving. They haul logs across the valley, turning every fallen tree into income. That income funds more buildings and faster ways to harvest. The loop of cut, haul, sell, and expand stays simple but keeps pulling forward.

Buildings form the backbone of progress. The player can build and upgrade seventeen different structures, and each one adds new attacks, upgrades, or a better way to work the forest. Choosing what to build next shapes the whole run.

Long term progress comes from prestige. Eighty permanent prestige upgrades carry strength between runs, while more than one hundred level up options tune the current attempt. The player can shape each run around a different style and keep chasing the next permanent bonus.

Active abilities and random events break the routine. Projectiles come in several tiers, and the firepower of the camp climbs as new tiers unlock. The encampment can go from a few huts to full projectile chaos in a single good run.

The game keeps the tone light and the feedback instant. Every new building, every bigger pile, and every prestige point shows up on screen right away. The sense of growth is always visible, and that keeps the loop rewarding.

Fellwood works well for players who like building up an operation, watching physics do its thing, and chasing permanent upgrades.
