Their game The Alters Last Variable, which was released in 2026, offers you a completely different level of responsibility. You play as an ordinary worker who accidentally found himself on a very dangerous planet one on one with hostile nature. To save himself, he is forced to use an unknown mineral and create his own alternative copies who lived a different life in the past. Some of them became scientists, some technicians, and some simply chose a different path. And now you need to manage this very strange company of people who all look like you but think completely differently. This is a fantastic mix of adventure genre and deep base management where every detail is important.

Most of the game time is spent inside your huge base which serves as the only safe place on the entire planet. Here the game is revealed as a very serious strategy where every resource is critical for the survival of the crew. You have to constantly maintain the operability of all systems, build new rooms and make sure that your copies do not go crazy from stress. And there will be a lot of stress here because periodically you will have to go to the surface of the planet where dynamic action episodes and a constant struggle for life await you. The planet is slowly but surely trying to destroy your base so there is often simply no time for long thoughts. You need to quickly make difficult decisions to sacrifice one thing for the sake of another and always remember that your alternate versions may refuse to carry out the order if you treat them too cruelly.

This game is perfect for those players who are tired of empty plots and are looking for a project with a really deep psychological subtext. The Alters Last Variable makes you think about what you would have become if you had made a different life choice a long time ago. It skillfully plays on your emotions and creates situations where you have to choose the lesser of two evils. The developers managed to create a very holistic world that you believe in from the first minutes of passing. If you like complex, intelligent games where the story and gameplay perfectly complement each other, then be sure to pay attention to this great release.
