About The Game

Aphelion is a third-person cinematic adventure game from DONT NOD set on Persephone, the frozen and uncharted ninth planet at the edge of the solar system. With Earth set to become uninhabitable by 2060, astronauts Ariane Montclair and Thomas Cross embark on the Hope-01 mission to explore this potential new home for humanity, but their ship crashes, stranding them across a hostile alien world. Players experience dual perspectives: Ariane engages in high-stakes parkour, traversing treacherous terrain with exploration tools like the Pathfinder, a grappling hook, and an oxygen tank, while the injured Thomas relies on observation and ingenuity to formulate survival strategies.

The game combines realistic near-future science fiction with reality bending phenomena, challenging you to navigate stunning yet deadly landscapes shaped by extreme weather conditions and changing terrain, all while uncovering the planet's eerie secrets.
