About The Game

Planet of Lana 2 is all about movement. Lana has grown up and can now easily glide along walls, pushing off of them. This isn't just a pretty trick, but a necessity: it's how she escapes pursuit. Her companion, Mui, has also changed. He can travel far to complete a task. And he's learned to control wild animals. Without this, he can't swim through the underwater caves he needs a shark to distract the guards.

The world has become more complex. You'll have to move heavy blocks and mechanisms to open the way. But most importantly, this world itself, Novo, is on the brink of war. People are divided over machines. Some are implementing them, others are against them. Your journey will take you to snow-capped peaks and the ruins of an ancient civilization. Gradually, it will become clear where Mui himself came from and what's really going on.

All this is accompanied by Takeshi Furukawas music. It's not background music, but part of the story. Quiet, but always appropriate. In short: this is a story about the bond between two friends, tested in a big, dangerous world. You'll solve physics puzzles, hide from robots, and uncover dark secrets. Without further ado, just action and atmosphere.

    1.2.0 - Quality of Life

    Cosmetics Pack: A Touch of Spring
    This release enables the cosmetics pack “A Touch of Spring” which can be bought as DLC.

    Gameplay
    Saved games with DLC decorations can be loaded by anyone even without owning the DLC

    Rebalance ancestral defender amount from 25 to 30 and their combat power from 8 to 12

    User Interface
    Improvements for placing decorationsRandomizing the variation is now optional and can be disabled in the preview interface on the right (default is on)

    If the randomize setting is enabled it will now only choose a random variation once when selecting the decoration and again after placing a decoration


    Construction menu building tooltip improvementsRecruitment buildings now show which units they can recruit and what weapons are needed

    Market Fountain now shows that it produces Drinking Water

    Tavern now shows that it uses Wood + Drinking Water + different meal ingredients and cooks Nutritious and Comfort Meals out of it

    Fixed demote window was not showing Grove Enchantress unit even if you have any

    Known issues
    Some text (for example in the Population Overview) is only available in German and English, the game will be updated with the remaining localizations soon.
