About The Game

Prescribe and Pray is a simulator where players assume the role of an untrained doctor within the walls of the Last Breath Clinic, located in France in 1999. The protagonist must constantly navigate between caring for the health of patients and the financial interests of management. They have at their disposal an arsenal of primitive medical equipment, including a battery-powered flashlight and a thermometer with an audible alarm.

Any misdiagnosis could result in the next patient's name appearing in tomorrow's obituaries. Intrigue, bribery, and lies are an integral part of the work process, and decisions made can radically change the protagonist's life. Each new patient represents a potential threat, as absurd symptoms, such as a suddenly growing tail, could conceal fraud. Playing Prescribe and Pray requires maximum concentration, as every patient could be a malingerer with a fake name or expired insurance policy.

• Carefully examine visitors to detect any signs of illness.
• Make an accurate diagnosis based on the information obtained.
• Prescribe appropriate treatment, the consequences of which are not always predictable.
