The day has finally come. Tai Ương | The Scourge is officially LIVE! When we first launched in Early Access, we invited you to step into the haunting urban legends of Saigon. We had a vision of creating a pure, narrative-driven psychological horror experience deeply rooted in Vietnamese culture. Today, that vision is fully realized, but we need to make one thing absolutely clear: we did not cross this finish line alone.

To Our Early Access Survivors: You Built This With Us 
Before we talk about anything else, we must thank YOU. When The Scourge was just a raw, terrifying glimpse of what it could be, you took a massive leap of faith on a small indie studio from Vietnam. Your hard-earned money funded our development. Your detailed bug reports, your deep-dive lore theories on the Steam forums, YouTube,… and your raw reactions guided our hands. You didn't just play an unfinished game; you became our co-developers. Every scare, every atmospheric detail, and every polished puzzle in this official release has your fingerprints on it. For your trust, your passion, and your patience, we are eternally grateful.

A Confession and a Promise to Our Players
Alongside our gratitude, we owe you an apology. Over the past months, we know we have been awfully quiet. We want you to know this: We have read every single comment, Steam review, bug report, and discussion thread. If we didn't reply to you, it wasn't because we didn't care. The sheer volume of work required to complete this massive update completely consumed us. We had to lock ourselves in the dark to finish building this nightmare.

But we are back now. The silence is over. Moving forward, we are fully committed to listening, engaging, and delivering answers to you as fast as humanly possible. With a launch this size, a few bugs might still be lurking in the shadows. Don't panic. Report them to us. Our team has the coffee brewing and we are standing by, ready to jump in and squash any issues immediately.
