About The Game

Kotama and Academy Citadel is a 3D Metroidvania set within the futuristic walls of Carmel Academy. In this isolated world, preparing to celebrate its 100th anniversary, a single immutable law reigns: survival of the fittest. The ultimate prize in the fierce struggle for supremacy is the honorable title of Star of Carmel, which every student dreams of achieving. It is for this prestigious award that a mysterious transfer student named Kotama arrives at the academy. Her arrival sets off a chain of events linked to a centuries-old conspiracy and a brewing crisis, calling into question her true goals. Combat plays a central role. The combat system in Kotama and Academy Citadel demands honed reflexes and tactical thinking, eliminating mindless button mashing.

Confronting numerous opponents and bizarre foes requires mastering a whole arsenal of techniques:

• Using the special ability Liquid Detonation to turn the tide of battle.
• Activating Mental Acceleration to exploit enemy weaknesses.
• Well-timed dodges followed by the destruction of special detonation points on opponents.

Exploration of the world is not limited to battles. The protagonist must navigate a vast and labyrinthine campus, where science fiction meets surrealism.
