About The Game

Unboxathon is a methodical, incremental game where you become an obsessive unboxer of mysterious boxes, moving from old socks to magical artifacts and luxury handbags. It all starts simply: you pop bubble wrap, collect the scraps, open the first cardboard box and suddenly you can't stop. With each passing minute, the process accelerates: instead of manual poking, needles, lasers, and even bombs appear, turning the routine into a hypnotic cascade of clicks and flashes.

Money is just one part of the system. At the same time, you mine gears and crystal shards to unlock ever-more layers of automation and upgrades. Find valuable items sell them or archive them. Synthesize rare artifacts, display them on a shelf for passive income, sacrifice your excess for bonus stickers. Everything builds upon one another, creating that "just one more click" magic that's hard to put down.

The visuals are done in a charming pixel style, and the atmosphere is cozy, almost childish: somewhere among thousands of boxes, it's as if your old stuffed animal has gotten lost. The game perfectly fulfills its main goal: to give you a short, sweet, slightly obsessive break from reality, where every opened box is a small celebration.
