About The Game

Eventide Matter is a 2D adventure where the survival of civilization depends on the construction of an interdimensional portal. The unknown continuum into which the protagonist finds themselves proves to be a hostile environment. The local crystalline lifeforms perceive the newcomer as an invader and attack without hesitation, seeking to destroy any creation. As the pilot of the Vanguard Unit 4, you must operate under constant threat. A tremendous responsibility falls upon your shoulders, as your home universe is inexorably fading, and every second of delay brings its final collapse closer, leaving no chance for salvation.

The main task is to construct a complex engineering structure the Phase Gate, the only escape route for the remnants of your people. The construction process requires the sequential creation of numerous intricate structural layers. The Eventide Matter project forces you to constantly balance construction and defense against relentless enemies. To build a portal, you must master the extraction of six unique types of materials and their subsequent processing into high tech components necessary for the continuation of the mission. Progress unlocks new capabilities, allowing you to more effectively counter threats and speed up construction.
